Methodology
Our approach first establishes the client company’s current growth stage through three elements. We then review what the company describes in the survey as its growth vision, a two to three year view of its future business. We apply our proprietary growth measurement model to what client members describe as their management practices and develop a maturity score for the business. This maturity model is what we use to identify gaps and growth strategies to put the client on the path to its future vision. Our approach allows the company to implement these strategies itself, or we can help at any level it requests.

Collect data and create growth goals by evaluating physical, financial, and market related changes | A company's maturity is modeled by calculating a maturity level for each of the 7 standard management practices. These calculations are based on a formula that integrates the 7 practices. Gaps are then identified as targets for maturity. | A growth strategy to impact the management practices that have been targeted is tailored for the company.
