Overview
Business Transformation Group’s (BTG) growth tools are based on a proprietary Management Maturity Model. The model was developed after several years of research and work with entrepreneurs and large corporations. It is designed to assess the current growth stage of a business as well as a business' management capability and maturity. It includes an on-line survey instrument that is easy to use and complete. The survey is based on three key elements:
- Strengths and Weaknesses of the Management Team – The growth and maturity of a business happens through its management team
- Owners’ Time Distribution – How an owner’s time is spent in the business tells a story about how prepared a business is for growth opportunities
- Management Practices – Management practices are activities that management carryout to maintain and grow the business.
