Business Transformation Groups (BTG) growth tools are based on a proprietary Management Maturity Model M3™. It is designed to assess the current growth stage of a business as well as a business' management capability and maturity. We use an assessment tool that you can access through the internet, on this web site. We use this tool to evaluate three elements of a business:
- Strengths and Weaknesses of the Management Team - The growth and maturity of a business happens through its management team growth and maturity
- Owners Time Distribution - How an owners time is spent in the business tells a story about how prepared a business is for growth opportunities
- Management Practices - Management practices are activities that management carryout to maintain and grow the business. The Management Maturity Model evaluates maturity levels of 7 management practices:
Methodology - Management Maturity Model M3™.
Our approach first establishes your current growth stage through these three elements. We then review what you describe in the assessment as your growth vision, a two to three year view of your future business. We apply our proprietary growth measurement model (M3™). to what you describe as your management practices and develop a maturity score for your business. This maturity model is what we use to identify gaps and growth strategies to put you on the path to your future vision.
