Emerging Business Growth and Change Strategy
Our emerging business growth and change services are offered through the BTG proprietary Management Maturity Model M3™. We use a management assessment approach that evaluates your business management capabilities in seven categories and then structure a 3 year growth and expansion plan. Strategic and Business Planning
Our strategic and business planning services start with a 12 step approach. We tailor our approach to client needs. We focus on a structured decision making process with the intent of building consensus among the management team and incorporating key stakeholder input to support the strategy. We take a facilitative approach to guiding our clients through the process.
Business Process Improvement (re-engineering)
Our approach to business process improvement is accomplished in four phases; Assessment, Redesign, Execution, and Measurement. We apply these phases across five different change elements in the organization. These change elements are evaluated during implementation. We use our Transformation Management approach for implementation support and include change requirements for all stakeholder relations, technology and information needs and organizational change requirements.
Program Management and Implementation Support
In our program management approach we manage the coordination and integration of four key elements. We first understand the Strategic Sponsors desired outcomes. We then explore program relationships with major business stakeholders. These elements help guide how a new program should be integrated with existing processes and procedures, and the associated tools and systems required to support them. We focus on converting business needs to measured results.
