Strategic and Business Planning
Our strategic and business planning services start with 12 step approach. We tailor our approach to client needs and situations. We focus on a structured decision making process with the intent of building consensus among the management team members and incorporating key stakeholder input to support the strategy. We take a facilitative approach to guiding our clients through the process depicted here, allowing them to utilize their expertise to make critical decisions.
Business Process Improvement (re-engineering)
Our approach to business process improvement is accomplished in three phases. Discover, Redesign, and Realize. We apply these phases across seven different processes of the organization or those components tailored to the clients needs. These processes are grouped into three categories and they include stakeholder relations, business planning and operations. Before we start we tailor our approach to the clients needs and focus our improvement efforts in the areas needing results.
Program Management and Implementation Support
In our program management approach we manage the coordination and integration of four key elements. We first understand the Strategic Sponsors desired outcomes. We also explore program relationships with manor business partners and stakeholders. These elements help guide how a new program process is integrated with existing processes and procedures and the associated tools and systems required supporting them. The main focus of our program management support is to convert business needs to measured results.
