Founded in 2004, Business Transformation Group (BTG) is a research and advisory services company. BTG was established with the specific mission of supporting small and mid-sized companies during periods of growth, by providing cost-effective management tools and expertise with a flexible implementation approach. Over the past 20 years, BTG professionals have provided similar advice and support to companies of all sizes. For instance, we helped a regional maintenance company of over 500 employees improve a business planning process to incorporate a budgeting and execution program. Through the BTG assessment model, we also advised a construction company, (which had been in business for 17 years) with issues related to employee incentive plans for their project managers, improving their accounts payable results.
